He is one of the greatest batsmen in cricket history. He is the one who scored one hundred international centuries.

Tendulkar said that running is one of the most essential parts of his training routine and had a massive impact on his carrier.
Could you believe that he runs approx 353km over his 24-year long cricket carrier?
He Said for running between the wickets; it was run, decelerate, touches the crease, and accelerates.
According to him, now there is more awareness today, there are lots of different methods of training.
He said he used to spend as much time as possible on the field, He used to play 12 hours a day and it becomes the routine.
So here I am going to share with what routine he is following nowadays to keep his body fit and healthy.

Sachin eats lots of boiled and steam foods and mostly avoid oil food because it causes the digestive problem.
He mentioned that he loves to eat Bengali and Thai food, especially lobster made in Bengali style.
He is a foody guy and loves to eat whatever he wants to eat.
Currently, Sachin’s height is 5,5, and his weight is around 60 Kg, Sachin consumes around 2600-3000 calories.
Sachin’s macro breakdown ratio is 40 percent carbohydrates, 30 percent protein, and the remaining percent is fat.
According to him, Carbohydrates are an essential part of his daily routine, because carbs provide energy for the whole day.
This Macro breakdown provides him with enough calories for daily routine, including training sessions.

Sachin is now 47 years old and now retired from Cricket. So his Workout is different from other players.
According to him, he doesn’t like to go to the gym and never spend hours in the gym.
In an interview, he said whenever he plays Cricket, that’s his Workout that he follow this every day.
