I have seen lots of girls, they skip their meals, eating boiled vegetables every day, but they didn’t reach their desired goal.

If your bust size is 31 inches, Waist size is 23 inches, and 32 inches of hip size, then it is generally considered it as a zero size figure.
Achieving this size is hard, and you have to eat a calorie deficient diet or so-called Crash Diet.

Why, because you have to reduce your calories, need to drop your body fat, your body will miss all the nutrients.

- Eating Disorder:
Lots of young girls follow fitness model and want to be like them, So they start eating less and had fear in mind ” O NO IF EAT MORE FOOD THEN I WILL GAIN WEIGHT.”
Soon their body will lose all the essential nutrients and this attitude and practice have given birth to disorders like Bulimia Nervosa and Anorexia Nervosa.
You know what many fitness models died due to this eating disorder. French model Isabelle Caro died in 2006 at the age of 28.
The same year, Brazilian model Ana Carolina Reston died due to anorexia and bulimia nervosa.
So it is essential for all of us to maintain our BMI.
- Deficiency of Body Fat:
If you want to survive, your body needs at least 10-13% fat in women & around 2-5% in men. If you want size zero, then you have to cut down your macros.
You know fat contains 9 calories, so you have to eliminate fat from your body. But our body needs some good fats to function properly.
The fats your body gets from your food give your body essential fatty acids called linoleic and linolenic acid.
- Emotional Upset:
If you are obsessed with size zero, then you may suffer from bulimia and anorexia nervosa disorder.
If you are slim, and still you think that if you eat food, then you will gain weight, then you have anorexia disorder.
Bulimia Nervosa is described as an eating disorder in which you will ingest a large amount of food in a short time of period, and an attempt to avoid gaining weight by purging.
These are the few dangerous side effects. So its better to avoid this.

Steps to get Size zero Figure
- Drink Water: Our body contains 70% of water, So if you want to keep fuller, then drink at least eight glasses of warm water every day
- Consume Green Vegetables: It is important to include green vegetables in your diet because they are low in calories and keep you fuller.
- Consume Salads and Fruits: Try a different type of fruits and salads so you can get proper fiber in your body.
- Eat around 500 Calories: Try not to eat not more than 500 calories or follow a crash diet.
- Include Yoga or Workout: You have to include yoga or any workout routine so you will burn more calories fast.

- Avoid Junk Food: Junk food contains lots of bad fat with high calories and its also not good for your digestion.
- Add Low-Calorie Soup: Try to add low-calorie soups in your diet. It helps you to keep your body full for long.

According to the fashion industry, the ideal female body has a figure size of 36-24-36. But according to the scientist, the perfect size is 38-24-35 i.e., breast, hip, waist measurement.

It could be around 45-48 kg
What is Ideal BMI ?
BMI between 18.5 to 24.9 is ideal for both men and women.
So this zero figure is not healthy for you. It may give you a mental disorder, or it can kill you as well.
